1. Agreement to begin work
A project begins only after Cedar Pages has reviewed the request and the client has confirmed the service, scope, price, and expected deliverable. Cedar Pages may request additional details before accepting a project.
2. Service categories
Cedar Pages provides online business content and document-support services, including:
- Business Description Writing
- Website Page Content Draft
- Service List & Pricing Text
- Document Formatting & Organization
- Related writing, editing, checklist, and document-structure support when confirmed in writing
3. Client materials
The client agrees to provide accurate project details, source materials, notes, business descriptions, service information, pricing details, preferred tone, and any deadlines needed for the work. Cedar Pages may rely on the information supplied by the client when preparing deliverables.
4. Deliverables
Deliverables may include written drafts, revised text, formatted documents, structured outlines, service descriptions, pricing text, business checklists, or ready-to-copy website content. Deliverables are provided digitally. Physical delivery is not included.
5. Pricing and timeline
Published prices are starting prices. Final pricing and timing are confirmed based on the actual request, amount of content, clarity of source materials, and complexity. Cedar Pages is not required to start work until the quote and scope are accepted.
6. Revision round
One standard revision round is included with standard services. The revision round covers reasonable edits to wording, tone, structure, formatting, clarity, or corrections within the confirmed scope. A separate quote may be required for new sections, new pages, new direction, or major content expansion.
7. Review and acceptance
The client is responsible for reviewing final deliverables before publishing, sharing, submitting, or using them. If changes are needed within the confirmed scope, the client should request the included revision round within a reasonable time after delivery.
8. Service boundaries
Cedar Pages does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, regulated compliance, or licensed professional advice. If a project requires review by a licensed professional, the client is responsible for obtaining that review before using the deliverable.
